Chattr has simplified the scheduling process for our houlry associates and put the control back into the hands of the interviewers. Chattr has allowed our operators to set up schedules for their interviews during times that work best for them causing them much less stress and making the overall process much more seamless. The only repeating issue we encounter is the applicants not understanding they have to actually apply through our company. They confuse our pre-screening questions through the AI chat as the application. Chattr does include a link to our application but our applicants continue to miss it in the email.
