Applicant database search process is multi-steph when finding applicants, as opposed to a basic search bar. Talent hub dashboard doesn't show a "Hired" column, or have a quick link to top applicants, which could be designated by some kind of rating scale, then recalled for hiring or offer decisions. I love how Chattr gives the employee immediate satisfacation by allowing the employee to setup an interview time before the end of the chat. It also gives the employer immediate satisfaction by knowing an interview is setup with a qualified candidate. Our staffing has improved greatly since using this system.
