The ability to collate and analyse multiple data points across many of our apps and markets simultaneously is super great. I also really love the AI insights which save me heaps of time in collecting data to share with stakeholders. Chattermill is also really easy to use, and we have onboarded many of our colleagues from various functions to self service themselves when it comes to CX data, so again saving us a lot of time. Multiple layers of feedback are centralised in one place, like a one stop shop for understanding customer experience and where we can improve. You can connect all your databases and then the tool will analyse very precisely the inputs to give you a comprehensive analysis of your users experience, pain points and satisfaction comments. Our database is in french and the model still manage to understand accurately what we are looking for. I mainly use it for research when I want to analyse a flow but it can also be used as a day to day CSAT monitoring tool.
