What do you like best about Chattermill?

The ability to collate and analyse multiple data points across many of our apps and markets simultaneously is super great. I also really love the AI insights which save me heaps of time in collecting data to share with stakeholders. Chattermill is also really easy to use, and we have onboarded many of our colleagues from various functions to self service themselves when it comes to CX data, so again saving us a lot of time. What do you dislike about Chattermill?

Sometimes the automated workflows can be a bit buggy, but this is usually fixed quickly and is really a minor flaw. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Chattermill solving and how is that benefiting you?

Chattermill helps me keep track of our app review sentiment, key issues and areas for improvement. It enables me to easily summarise and visualise this data to share with product, UX research, customer care, as well as within marketing. Since we have 4 apps operating in 15+ countries, Chattermill saves me a lot of time in analysis. Before I would have to check things manually and had a more 'qualitative' approach, now Chattermill takes the guess work out the analysis and quantifies these insights in a super quick and easy way. What do you like best about Chattermill?

Multiple layers of feedback are centralised in one place, like a one stop shop for understanding customer experience and where we can improve. What do you like best about Chattermill?

You can get all the information you need from different sources (ex. Airbnb, booking, google, our own, etc) in just one place.

What do you dislike about Chattermill?

Sometimes the filter don't work as they should.

What problems is Chattermill solving and how is that benefiting you?

Each month I have to analyze what are the guests saying about my properties, specifically cleaning and maintenance, to give feedback to my partners about their performance.

Before using chattermill we had to check each of the sites I mentioned aboved to try to get the most accurate information.

What do you like best about Chattermill?

You can connect all your databases and then the tool will analyse very precisely the inputs to give you a comprehensive analysis of your users experience, pain points and satisfaction comments. Our database is in french and the model still manage to understand accurately what we are looking for. I mainly use it for research when I want to analyse a flow but it can also be used as a day to day CSAT monitoring tool.

I find the tool very easy to use as you just need to enter keywords and get feedback from it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Chattermill?

There always is a bias with these kind of analysis : user mostly take time to leave a comment when they are unhappy with the service. This aspect doesn't seem to be talen into account in the global rating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
