What do you like best about Chatsimple?

It was easy to set-up and train. I can have a chat without having a staff member available to answer questions. We can scale our sales and support team without hiring more staff. My team can escalate questions to ChatSimple and answer our customers. It is easier to use ChatSimple than search the help center or our training manuals.
