Set up was super simple, the platform is easy to navigate and the training capabilities are pretty robust. Overall the cost is a no brainer, and if you dont have an Ai chatbot like Chatsimple your missing out on potential conversions and ways to educate and engage your customers when they are on your website, which at times is your only chance. It upgrades brand's image and saves lots of time answering standard questions in a friendly human like way. The setup was extremely simple with clean UI/UX, any small business owner with little to no tech knowledge should be able to setup in 5 mins !
