It is very robust, easy to use, and provides quality multi-channel support services, including automated business rules and workflows, knowledge base, mailbox, notification and approval system, integrated service level agreements, configurable reports, and dashboards. Multi-channel communication, access controls or permissions, reporting and statistics, reporting/analysis, all of these features help build satisfaction and loyalty by providing an outstanding customer-centric support solution.
