CharlieHR is a user friendly HRMS system which takes care of all the essentials of staff management. It takes no instructions to learn as it's easy to self-navigate your way through all the features and functions of the platform and find what you need without hassle. I've used many different HRMS systems and this is one of the best ones I've come across in terms of UI and UX. We have a fairly small but global team and so don't need the huge overly convoluted systems for our company. I've not come across too many negatives with using this platform, it's been able to execute everything I've needed with ease and is fairly efficient. What i really love about charlie hr is it helps us to be connected even thou we are working remotely or from different contries - all you have to do is plot your desired sched like filling out the form without any hassle and then it'll be uplaoded right away and the upper management will be notified. I love how you can easily book a time off and let your higher ups know that you're not going to be around ahead of time. You can also see who's in the office, who's working at home or who's away.
