While working with Charles, I faced an internet connectivity issue a couple of times. i need to restart my system sometimes. This makes little choosy for customers to choose Charles and to use. The only issue one can face is while setting it up with Mac , although the set up only requires to enable Mac option in charles , but enabling it sometimes get the network down... and takes a few attempts to quit and relaunch Charles again.
