Charity Tracker's support staff has been very kind in helping us customize the program to meet our needs. I am able to customize age ranges in order to match our reporting needs and add more sections to the demographics section. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CharityTracker?

Unfortunately, the reports aren't the most helpful when matching our reporting needs. The report process is not very user friendly. Also, every individual requires a personalized login becuase the system does not allow more than 1 person to be logged onto the same login at a time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
