What do you like best about Bonterra Case Management (formerly Apricot)?

Bonterra Case is easy to use and gets the job done. It is helpful to be able to use multiple features to locate a client (eg, phone number, name, and counselor name, among others) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bonterra Case Management (formerly Apricot)?

Every now and then I have issues with locating a client. I've been using this software for over 5 years now and this is very rare. But, knowing the client exists you just keep searching. It might be a matter of using their phone number, or just logging off and then logging back on. I would say this is an uncommon occurrence on the average. Our clinic does not use billing and some clients use aliases due to our services being confidential. So it might be trickier since we don't use full names with our documentation. What do you like best about Bonterra Case Management (formerly Apricot)?

Bonterra is easy to use and follow along. Bonterra was also easy to learn and is user friendly to maintain. The list of item gise the user the order to follow when enetering in information. From the overview aspect it is easy to look at. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bonterra Case Management (formerly Apricot)?

The least helpful aspect of this program is the timeout feature. While typing in lenghty progress notes it always a good idea to save regulraly and often or one can loose their notes. The secon issues comes while trying to uese the View Folder function- soemtimes an error message pops up and the entire page will not load. This doesn't happen often, however whne it does it seems to be an all day issue. Loggin out and back in doesn't seem to fix it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bonterra Case Management (formerly Apricot)?

I like the ease of use compared to some othere electronic record programs that I have used in the past. I like the path feature that will walk you through the next steps of a specific new client. I have one time had to use the customer support feature and had no problems reaching the assistance that I needed. The program is easy to navigate on a daily basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bonterra Case Management (formerly Apricot)?

I can not think of anything that I do not like, I know that organizationally there are things that we would like to add to other things but we have not explored if the program will allow us to make those changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bonterra Case Management (formerly Apricot) solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bonterra Case management helps my organization file each client and their needs in an orderly manner. We are able to document each client and the quantity of services required. Our organization offers many resources and this program allows us to monitor which clients are utilizing which resources. Our organization is able to minimize much of the paper that we were previously using to document everything electronically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Kathleen Connelly of Bonterra Case Management (formerly Apricot)

Hi Sheena, your review made our day! We love to hear how you're using the path feature to guide your team through client intake. The shift from paper files to tracking everything digitally is huge, and it's great to hear that you're finding Bonterra so user-friendly. Thank you so much for your feedback!

The layout of the page is easy to navigate. I like that you can apply many filters to search for clients or specific data. Adding case notes and other information is really simple. What do you like best about Bonterra Case Management (formerly Apricot)?

I like the ease of access the most. The site is very user friendly and every button/option available serves a purpose. I learned the site pretty quickly in the past few months that our organization implemented it, and it has made my daily usage/case management much more streamlined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bonterra Case Management (formerly Apricot)?

The main downside I have experienced wtih this site is that it times out fairly quickly. I often have the site up in the background while I work on other things, and when I return to the site, it logs me out and I must re-sign in. This is not a huge issue, as I am sure there is some sort of security reason for this feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bonterra Case Management (formerly Apricot) solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problem this site solves is that it makes the ease of case managing hundreds of people much easier. This directly benefits me as I am saving a lot of time that I would otherwise be spending sifting through dozens of case notes or documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Kathleen Connelly of Bonterra Case Management (formerly Apricot)

What do you like best about Bonterra Case Management (formerly Apricot)?

For those starting from scratch, the number of pre-made templates allow New forms to be implemented quickly. User-friendly Drag-and-Drop Interfaces allow easy database creation for those whom have an Idea of what they want to accomplish keeping track of. The Ability to use Form Logic to control the visibility of specific data fields depending on what is input into particular fields allow Forms to be made easier for the Daily Data-Entryist to be guided based on input. Support for Administrative users is Excellent, with live chat available during the daily support availability windows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bonterra Case Management (formerly Apricot)?

For those already "In the Know" of how to Create / Maintain databases, BCM (Apricot) Can seem Highly restrictive without learning the workarounds. Data input forms cannot be customized with fields set in precise positions: They can be rearranged visually for Data-entry, but not precise enough for form-filling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bonterra Case Management (formerly Apricot) solving and how is that benefiting you?

Keeping Demographic Data of the Clients we Serve, and the Ability to give Unique Client Service Counts to those who request Reports of our Services to the Public. This is Required for Accurate Tax filings, And being able to request additional funding from funders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
