Chargent puts you in control of your payments, managing everything 100% natively in Salesforce, so you can capture revenue faster, eliminate duplicate data entry, and improve order and invoicing processes. Chargent includes connections to 30+ payment gateways, such as CyberSource, Authorize.net, PayPal and Stripe, as well as integrations to accounting systems such as Accounting Seed. Chargent payment processing for Salesforce. 100% native credit card/ACH payment processing on Opportunities, Cases, Chargent Orders, or Force.com sites.

How do you position yourself against your competitors?

Many of our competitors focus on a large swath of functionality. Here at Chargent we focus on going very deep on the payment processing functions, as well as deep integrations into many features of the Salesforce platform. We also have many developer tools which allow our customers to create the type of processes they feel will best work for their business, delivering a high degree of flexibility and configuration. As well many payment applications on the AppExchange charge for support, here at Chargent nearly all of our support is included with a subscription. In terms of our network of gateways, we are not aware of any other payments and recurring billing app that has the number of payment gateways we currently support.

you can't set up payments for varying amounts so the process can continue instead of doing a payment by count and having to go back in and reset amount... too time consuming and if you miss the task reminder the payment does not get transacted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Chargent?

What do you like best about Chargent?

The flexibility of the payment architecture is hands down the best on the AppExchange. Because the solution is truly native, it allows for all types of unique solution builds, from workflow to accepting on multiple gateways, so complex receipting and recurring payment possibilities. It really is refreshing to see an AppExchange solution for payment processing be as flexible as Salesforce itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
