What do you like best about ChannelEngine?

Various options for integration. I do not need to switch the platform I am using for hyprid sales. For any industry I was looking forward to do sales, it offered me a visibility to place my product/s with the system I already have in place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChannelEngine?

Complexity, as I try to run everything solo and lack technical resources, it was difficult to start with. As of today it seems quite straightforward but in the beginning I found the platform difficult. Customization of the product feed can offer more tailored options to stand out. What problems is ChannelEngine solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about ChannelEngine?

Easy to integrate with many different channels such as different marketplaces or Shopify. It really becomes the central place of channel management where you can easily load and implement product feeds, map attributes and push them. If something goes wrong an error notification per product helps you out to easily find the issue at hand that you should fix. Also easy to contact customer support (personally I like to call) which has extended knowledge and is always keen to check out issues with you. What do you dislike about ChannelEngine?

Some downsides to using Channel Engine are the duration of new features to be released and that sometimes service can be slow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ability to connect with marketplaces from 1 central spot, integration with Shopify and ability to manage different CE accounts for different clients without a hassle. This solves the issues of the difficulty to manage different marketplaces at once (especially product data) but also to manage all orders. I've been using ChannelEngine for a while now, we use it everyday, and its true strength lies in its seamless integration with a wide range of marketplaces across different countries. The ability to create product selections and apply filters is incredibly convenient, making it easy to manage your product catalog effectively. ChannelEngine has an exceptional customer support. Whenever I've encountered issues or had questions, their support team has been quick to respond and provide effective solutions. What do you like best about ChannelEngine?

What do you dislike about ChannelEngine?

The platform is missing a lot of desired features. For example:

1. Not a lot of reports are to be exported (downloads in excel files), with focus on the statistics.

2. I dislike how you cannot filter the dashboard on the marketplaces used; active or inactive, on alphabetic order.

3. What is also missing, is the option to filter on brand, stock, price etc. IN GENERAL within the products. (you can only filter on products after selecting a channel).

4. The tool is also very error-sensitive. For example when you want to apply discounts. Everything needs to be 100% correct otherwise major errors could occur. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Only sporadically when problems according to product content, delivery times etc. occur. Great customer service! However, when I have a request or suggestions for the tool itself, nothing happens. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes the portal is slow or even does not function anymore. Then you have to login again.
