What do you like best about Channel.me Cobrowsing?

- It's easy to integrate script to your website using Google Tag Manager even without developer

- You can add managers and control basic rights

- We use this tool to teach how to work with our custom CRM solution and this speed up processes a lot

- Customer support is not perfect, we had several bugs on complex pages and replies was slow

- Lacks of customization. It's not so obvious how to determine on what pages what user can do replies

1. No need to download anything. It is a web browsing session that can be set up for the client in seconds and doesn't require any downloads

2. Ease of use for us coders as well! You can easily set up a chatbot and integrate it with this, if you want.

What do you like best about Channel.me Cobrowsing?

At economyx.AI we use channel.me for onboarding new hires. Since we are a 100% remote team, this is very efficient for us. Most of the features are pretty intuitive and we were able to figure out the functionality through frequently using it on specific webpages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Remote staff. When they are coming onboard they need to be guided in how to use our various tools and systems. This kind of support is most effective when integrated with co-browsing so the help admin is able to see everything that the user is seeing. What do you like best about Channel.me Cobrowsing?

I like 3 things about the software:

1) It is very instant and seamless. Customers can easily share their screens with the support agents. Moreover, it works in real time, hence reducing friction.

2) It is very secure and focuses on privacy. It automatically masked the passwords of customers while sharing the screen. This results in increased trust.

3) Support agents assist the customers virtually in filling out the forms or completing some other process. This is perfect for my industry - Stock Broking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Channel.me Cobrowsing?

2 things I dislike about the software:

1) It only lets the support agents work around the website. There is no option for accessing the entire desktop. Therefore, my team have faced issues while assisting when the problem extends beyond the website.

2) It does not work smoothly with all the websites. Sometimes, websites with heavy JavaScript, iframes, or dynamic content do not function smoothly.

3) Sometimes, there were some delays or lags during the problem-solving because of a slow wifi network connection. One needs to have a very good internet to function smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

3 areas in which I got benefitted:

1) Reducing Miscommunication: Since the browsing works will in real-time, there is no confusion between the support agents and customers in navigating. It reduces back-and-forth explanations.

2) High Conversion: I have noticed that customers were used to drop off in the middle of transaction or form filling due to complexity. Through Channel.me Cobrowsing, support agents are able to explain the each step smoothly and increase the conversions.
