As a graphic designer I appreciate how convenient Chamaileon is. I was able to learn the program very easily & received great customer service when I asked for help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have run into recent issues with the disable in mobile and desktop modes. Sometimes mobile sections are shown in desktop when they are supposed to be turned off. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love the templates I now can experiment with that would otherwise take developers a long time to create. Need a newsletter template, 3 columns? Left/right orientation? Text over a background image? Mobile responsiveness? No problem. The drag and drop interface is surprisingly easy to use, and since there is no standard for email design, this tool is a must-have. It takes all the guesswork out of creating a ton of great HTML emails you can import into Marketo, Pardot, or other solutions you're using. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be nice to customize the mobile version a bit more (different styling for mobile buttons, etc.) free trial that runs out and prevents exporting is a bit disappointing. I wish their pricing were a bit more affordable for small businesses. Other than that, the interface is easy to use, no complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UI is user friendly, and the graphics are visually catching. I was also able easily to export my emails in HTML format for later input in my company marketing software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing that I would like to see change in Chamaileon is a greater availability of ready-made email templates. I had to make some minor adjustments to their default stock in order to suit my needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a very intuitive platform with many possibilities for use! I found resources on Chamaileon that I didn't find on other platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One of the only things I missed was the possibility of activating and disabling an element according to the interface (desktop/mobile). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The tool is so easy to use and gives you infinitely more control than out of the box tools that come with Mailchimp, Klaviyo, and others. Specifically Hide/Show by screen size, ability to create multi-column tables that can be responsive or not, and nesting functionality for boxes. You also have CSS controls for fonts, colors, margin, padding, etc. Can't speak highly enough about this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've sent them feedback about 1 item with fonts, and they've added it to the product roadmap. I can't share them publicly, but more features are coming soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
easy and robust platform that allows for comprehensive email building and export to HTML or ESP's Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A little clunky at times in terms of how the code is exported. Meaning, extra code is exported that is unecessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Chamaileon has proven to be the perfect tool for our needs. Having transitioned to Marketo, we needed a solution that would allow us to build out well-designed, mobile-friendly emails and easily sync the emails over to Marketo. I am relatively new to email marketing, and designing emails has been a breeze. The elements in Chamaileon are incredibly flexible and allow for a limitless potential of formats and styling. The 'block' function also allows us to save portions of an email and reuse them throughout Chamaileon (footer, banner, etc.). I have also found the integration with Marketo to be quite smooth; I am able to use Marketo tokens and snippets in Chamaileon emails.
The few minor hiccups we have encountered, Roland and the Chamaileon team have been incredibly responsive and have offered up very quick fixes and solutions. They are a pleasure to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Throughout our time with Chamaileon, Roland and the team have been incredibly responsive to questions. I can't think of anything I dislike! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the block widgets. It makes customization relatively simple and templates easy to modify and reuse. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike that sometimes it's difficult to find where a specific design or font is pulling from and there is a bit of back and forth with Omeda. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
