Customer service and support. Staff at CG4 assisted with all aspects of the integration to include user training and successful uploads of scan data from CG4. When issues are identified, the staff at CG4 will delegate the issue to staff member responsible and it will be resolved via email or direct phone call response in a reasonable time-frame. Remote training. This is a personal preference only. The software industry is now able to conduct training remotely and screen shots and "Webex" technology allow for customer support remotely now. I don't care much for the ATS admin web app. Some module types have unused fields and in general, it's difficult to visually decipher some of field name mappings due to the way fields between CG4 and CSM are labeled and mapped. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

CG4 is saving our inventory control personnel a lot of time by allowing scanning of serial numbers when receiving equipment and by doing inventory with the hand device. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
