I find Certn user friendly, easy to access and the results you are looking to receive are fast. There is no log processing time or wait time. You simple enter in the required information and you get the results. Easy as 1,2 3. I like this because the person doesn't need to be running around to different places - I do it from my office. It would be really helpful if we could add our own notes to the final application once it has been completed. That way, if it has been tagged as 'review,' we could add our own findings and ensure we have everything documented in the Employee's profile. I also think that the final report summaries could be better laid out/easier to read. Right now, I find it takes time to figure out what section I want to look for. When we received a price increase with our old supplier, it was time to find a new company for our background checks and driver's abstracts. After doing some research, I decided to move forward with Certn. Their prices were better, the process is much more streamlined and the account set up was easy peasy. I am very glad we switched!
