First of all, Tina Carlson and her team are always very responsive to my queries and are ready to assist! The system is very user friendly and the standard reports available meet our monthly reporting needs. We were considering adding these services to our brokerage provider (to consolidate) but decided against it as their Equity Management support does not even compare close.

We use Certent to manage our equity awards, including new awards issuance, recording keeping, reports generating. What I like the most is Certent Customer Service Rep (Steve Sagnip). Our rep always addresses our questions professionally and timely. He guided us through the implementation and provided us useful insights about the system fuctions. Certent is very easy to use, and the customer support representatives have been excellent at getting us up and running. Reporting. Although the standard delivered reports can get the job done with modification once in it's excel, it would be nice to be able to create your own reports similar to how BI Cognos analytics allows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
