What do you like best about Certa?

We can discuss open items and come to an understanding and solution that works best.

Certa knows their product and offers great reccommendations to complicated multiple requirements

Certa is very accomodating to the customer.

What do you dislike about Certa?

Sometimes we have different words for the same thing. Working through those items can be frustrating. Understanding when this is happening, defining the meaning for each team and changing terms or accepting the customer terms as true and adjusting Certa terms (in the conversation) has been difficult. Not just on Certa side but Customer side as well.

Sometimes Certa "recommendations" come accross as "solutions" or "defining the requirements" rather than suggested best way to handle the situation and meeting customer requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Certa?

Up to know, without having completed the implementation process, I can say they are extremly efficient. Implementation team have done several efforts to adapt Certa to our needs, providing relevant advice as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Certa?

The solution is highly editable - they will have a team that will listen to your needs, followed by them drafting a proposal solution, and you start from there.

The team service is five stars - high levels of effective communication and empathy; answers to questions are given in a timely way.

CERTA terminology and philosophy are straightforward to understand. Workflows, swimlanes, and logic are easy to map to your TO-BE solution, reassuring that your team will be able to maintain it after the implementation.

Although we initially started working on Waterfall, we slowly but surely moved to Agile methodology.

CERTA allows you to see the progress in the QA environment. We have conversations based on actual progress, making them able to confirm the user needs are being covered.

What do you dislike about Certa?

Only one person can edit the application simultaneously - which becomes a bottleneck on how fast improvements/changes can be applied to the solution simultaneously.

We have started working on workarounds for it, creating copies of the application and then merging it, but at this point, I cannot comment on the effectiveness of this method.

The PROD environment has a URL that does not end with the .com domain which causes confusion to our stakeholders.

CERTA has dashboards and reports capabilities that refresh in real-time, the customization is basic. NOTE: They have integration with Tableau Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Certa?

- Timely response with Certa's support team for reported issues

- Ongoing collaboration with Certa's customer support team for enhancements and related requests

- The ability to truly and deeply customize a workflow as originally designed

- Embedded screening and adjudication of third parties with automated approvals where appropriate

- Lack of self-service capabilities to create new workflows, edit fields, edit email templates etc.

It will be good if the product has more plug-and-play modules which can reduce the implementation time.

The technology platform is really good and was built with procurement operations in mind. Flexible workflow and ability to configure/customize base implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Certa?

Permissions are assigned via groups which makes it a bit harder to manage assignments and notifications for individuals, but from what we've heard, the company is working on addressing this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to do Customization within the product. Allow for workflows to be created in Bluk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Product customization takes too long. Need the ability to allow User control. ADmin and Super ADmin functionality is lacking. The addition of reporting and dashboards would be a great plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
