I have worked with a few companies in the past. What makes me love about them is:
1) Accounting is to the T. Meaning when you pull ACH, their system is automated, and there are no mistakes.
2) Super transparent & excellent Customer Service. I Love that they take care of me even after I sign Docs & work with them. Previously I worked with someone else, and once I was signed up, it was almost impossible to reach them here no matter the issue. They answer the PHONE (not just say email), and sooo Helpful!
3) They are the most ahead of the game by far. All the features they have I couldn't find anywhere. I make docs in my sleep now!
4) if you need anything, Added Trey is the man! he can customize it and make it work!
5) Fully Automated, I can fund a deal, and the notifications are excellent automated texts..
6) Best CRM if you have syndicators it has syndicators report that is crystal clear to understand.

If you are in the cash advance space, there is no better CRM you can use. It comes out the box ready to go, and the drip campaigns are fantastic and have resulted in a substantial noticeable increase in revenue for my organization. The signing platform built-in "Clixsign" isn't great. It gets the job done, but I definitely prefer DocuSign, which they don't integrate with. That said, we can still use DocuSign on the side, and they have promised to roll out new features to Clixsign early 2022 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a high-end commercial media production agency, our production packages can get into the multiple five and six figures. In order to attract some of these larger projects, we offer a financing option to help clients pay for their commercials, projects, etc and Centrex has been invaluable in helping us to service these financing options that we offer.
In addition, we use Centrex to track and nurture our leads throughout the sales process. We previously used Salesforce, but found that Centrex was a better and more complete fit for what we needed without having to heavily customize the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Since we are a media production company using Centrex to track the financing options that we offer to our clients with large purchases, the only feature that I would like to see within Centrex would be some kind of project management function. The drip marketing tech is unparallel to any software out there. We also use the click to dial feature which we love as it keeps our team on point and efficient each day. The Centrex team is friendly and works with us any time we need something new to the platform. The flexibility and scalability. With Centrex's features and status-based work-flow options, I've been able to manage and grow my business without over-hiring people in the process. We've been able to stay mean and lean while sustaining year-over-year growth and effectively supporting our partners and clients. The technology provides everything you need to manage pipelines, automate debits/credits, automate marking both through email and text messages, automate notifications (internal and external), and comes with a fully customizable reporting feature.
