We work in construction and have a large team spread across the UK. We design, manufacture and install complex and tailored façade solutions globally.
We wanted a system where we could manage projects and resources, but leverage the team’s collective efforts to regulate, report on and deliver programmes in a more efficient and collaborative way.
We needed to plan out our work in Gantt chart format, and issue it out to our clients, but then have the full team accountable for each task, feeding back to generate progress reports.
We looked for a long time for the correct integrated programme and work management platform, but none of the usual suspects had quite what we needed. Then our IT consultant recommended Celoxis. After some initial testing, we were convinced – it’s the perfect solution for our needs.
We can manage our high-level programmes and granular work all in one place. Management resources have been reduced as we can focus our interventions. We can programme human resources for all projects, heatmap clashes and find gaps. It’s provided structure, efficiency and resilience to our operations. The structure of the platform itself is such that it’s very easy to use. Indeed, many users have required very little training.
That said, where you do need to make customisations you can pretty much change whatever you need with the options available.
The ‘Apps’. These are fantastic. For me it’s less like an app as I’d understand it, but more like a support ticket that you can customise and add workflows & changing accountabilities to. We use the standard ‘Issues’ app to assign work that’s outside of the main programme but have built custom apps that manage several processes – one of them controls the flow of information from design, to procurement, to production.
I like being able to add virtual users and no extra cost. We’ve been able to add many subcontractors and manage their work too.
You can build custom reports to tell you pretty much anything you want to know, from any part of the system. These are also very easy to use & don’t require training.
Another thing I like is being able to export programmes/tasks as an internet calendar so Celoxis work can be shown alongside meetings in Outlook calendar.
We now run the full project life cycle through Celoxis, from concept design to sign-off on-site. The only thing we don’t put through it is purchasing & detailed production planning.
Overall, I would highly recommend Celoxis to anyone who needs to execute project work, especially if you have workers in different locations and you’re seeking to bring control under one roof. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There aren’t really many areas of improvement, it is doing everything we need, but I do have a few niggles.
The way custom fields are created feels a bit unusual but works fine when you’ve figured it out.
I would like to be able to change the order & size of the fields on the App input forms, but this doesn’t seem to be possible.
I can’t seem to make the Due Date field mandatory in the standard Apps, whereas I can for custom fields. This has caused a little frustration.
They recently introduced a checklist to tasks, which was brilliant, but you can’t add very many and once completed they don’t update the task % completion, which would be handy.
I’m also told the API is a little clunky, but we have been able to get what we need for all our Power BI reports, so it still definitely works.
All very minor, and none of this prevents us from getting on with the job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For sure Celoxis is easy to use and to implement and their onboarding process is simple. The support team is friendly and they keep on checking if everything is okay. Since i started using Celoxis, managing projects has become easy since I can track tasks, timelines, and progress all in one place. It integrates well with other CRM tools making my everyday work easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
so far I have not encountered any difficulty Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It does a great job of tracking progress, organising activities, and assisting with resource management. Additionally, it is excellent for maintaining team cohesion, particularly while working in separate time zones. We use it every day, and it helps us manage several tasks with ease. The reporting options are extremely comprehensive, and the team will spend less time switching between programs because everything is in one location. It's implementation & integration is quite easy by that I mean simple plug & play type. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The rigidity of the time distribution per workday for jobs that span multiple days and the slowness of the Gantt viewer in huge projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use it frequently on daily basis, It makes handling multiple projects easy to us. The way it organizes tasks, tracks progress, and helps with resource management is really good. The reporting features are very detailed and having everything in one place means less back and forth between different tools for the team. It is also great for keeping teams on the same page, especially when working across different time zones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Although there are not much problems once you get used to but It can takes some time to get used to for some team members because of lot of features. Setting things up the way you want can be time consuming initially, but so far it is going good and easy to integrate after getting familiar with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Love the navigation and the ability to manage and track our team and client relationships, I re-command this as a best project tracking and reviewing tool, it shows the charts and custom dashboards, which provide a real time data on dashboard and updates in real time and we are able to see the live project data and progress on it so It is easily reduce work load and help us to balance the work between team which helps teams to work easily between projects also it saves more time and we don’t needs to spend time on reviewing items manually and navigating on different tabs to review the data.We are able to manager the time sheets and the expenses for the projects easily so we don’t needs to use other time-sheet tracking tools, we are able to update the look and feel and customized It, we are also able to define the work flows for automatic tasks.
We can also connect it with the external tools Excel which makes work easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are many things I like about Celoxis in which some of them are:
1. Its user-friendly dashboard and greater UI experience.
2. Resource allocation, financial tracking, & real-time reporting in just one click.
3.The ease with which I can handle multiple project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Overall Celoxis provided a great UI and a great experience but what I would like to suggest is that they should have a community edition like other softwares have which do not provide all the functionalities. So that it attracts more users to try community edition and then go for different plans as not every user access free trial so this would be a good option for better reach. The user friendly interface, the ease of which each individual feature explains how to use it and what it's for, and how easy it is to integrate with other software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Celoxis offers excelent project tracking, real-time dashboards. Using Celoxis has made project management and resource management much easier for me. The Real-time dashboards help me stay updated on progress, and automated workflow save a lot of time on repetitive task. Its seamless integration with other tools have also improved collaboration with the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When i first started using Celoxis, the interface felt a bit overwhelming due to the number of features available. It took some time to get used to it, but once it did, it became essential part of my workflow. Also i believe the mobile app could also be more intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best part of Celoxis is its project planning tools and its resources management capabilities. The platform offers a charts and Kanban boards which enables streamline task tracking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I dislike about Celoxis is that it has limited integrations options with other tools. And sometimes it lag in performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really liked how intuitive and user-friendly Celoxis is. It made it easy to navigate and use, even when I was new to project management software. The analytics and dashboards are also very helpful in seeing how things are going and making decisions to improve the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
To be honest, I didn't really have any major complaints with Celoxis. However, one thing that might be a bit tricky for some users is getting used to all the features and options available - it can feel a bit overwhelming at first. But overall, I found it very easy to use once you get familiar with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
