This application is incredible. I used to think that syncing a cloud-based application into a local SQL server had to be addressed on a case by case basis. Then I found CData, which allows you to set up connections from multiple popular data sources to various destinations in a flexible and intuitive manner. Selecting tables/fields, scheduling sync jobs, etc. - all of it is very easy!

Our needs are limited to syncing a few sources into a local SQL server database, primarily so we can report on it using Tableau. However, the application allows for many more data sources and destinations than we are using. It's clear the product team has made great strides for their app to meet the needs of many.

Additionally, the support team is fantastic. They are not only knowledgeable and helpful, but the company has been shown to be very customer-centric by mobilizing development resources as needed to meet our needs through updates to the application on multiple occasions.

The application is locally installed on a machine, as opposed to being cloud-based. Would be nice to access it from anywhere. That said, this hasn't ever really been a hindrance. I had personally used this tool for data integration purposes. In my web application, there are lots of data coming out from different sources and I have to send data for analytics purpose into other CRM software like Salesforce, Zoho, etc.CData’s Api server tool simplifies how users and applications connect to data. The CData API Server is an average tool use for the data access solutions for real-time data integration. But, I would like to suggest some areas of improvement needed in this tool for example tool security sometimes compromises when collaborating with another third-party tool. This software is a great example how to do AS2-integration and even more without any problems. I like everything in it: good interface (now it is super easy to find MDN, it saves so much time!) , a lot of capabilities (lots of ports), reasonable price. Our company had a different cases and experiences with EDI and I want to say that RSSBus is the best way to have your own EDI infrastructure withou extra costs. You can deploy it in your own server and not to depend from anybody else.

It is really flexible software, also I want to note built-in scripting, that is very useful.

Good Help (knowledge base) with examples makes your experience really comfortable.

At the end I want to thank everybody in technical support. The Support team answers very fast and clear, I've never had to ask something twice.

You can buy only predifined number of channels (5 or 10 or something like that). It would be perfect for me if I could buy, for example, 4 ports today and later upgrade my license with 3 extra ports.

What I like the most is that RSSBus is very easy to use even if you have very little experience coding, but the best part is the customer service they are always willing to help and find a solution for each situation even if it means creating a patch for the release. When using the AS2 feature the error messages are a bit difficult to decipher. When issues are encounters when integrating with a customer's AS2 system it is hard to say whether it is a short-coming in the RSSBus system or the customer's system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Don't really have much cons. Overall software geared towards a more technical user. Although they are improving there UI often to make it more user friendly, some of the more advance stuff ends up requiring custom coding or working with support.

The RSSBus support folks are extremely knowledgeable about their RSSBus Connect 2019 software. They were able to not only answer every question I had, but in addition helped me understand as an administrator how to troubleshoot my configurations when I was building out our new RSSBus Connect Stage and Production environments.
