We were heavily reliant on our Development team to help us build pipelines and dashboards to make sense of our business data.

I wish there were an easy way to search for connector-type data in the UI. For example, if a provider gives us a partner URL, there isn't an easy way to see if we have that setup already. I'd also like it if there was a way to store contacts on each connector page with a way to export that data. This would make maintenance-type activities such as cert changes much easier. I love to insert, update, delete and also upsert any object on Salesforce using the Stored Procedures that DBamp offers. We use it to update campaigns and call them on Five9 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes there are some bugs, and we have to wait until they release a new version. The good news is the Support team is really useful, and they offer a workaround.
