What do you like best about CCM?

1. Very user friendly to use.

2. Can handle variety of communication channels

3. Has good customer and peer support

4. Implementaion is easy and can be integrated to multiple tools and technologies.

5. Cloud based functionality is available.

What do you dislike about CCM?

1. First time setup requires some time but after that it is easy to use.

2. Pricing is on higher side.

What do you like best about CCM?

CCM ( Customer Communication Management) provides all the information and supports customer needs. The CCM interact and collects customer information through various channels like email, phone and social media to communicate with customers to enhance user experience and build long-term relationships. What do you dislike about CCM?

Missing human interaction that lacks the understanding of the customer's issues. The collected customer data may be breached, which can have severe problems for customers and businesses, so they must ensure proper data security systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CCM?

My favorite part of CCM is the ability to send out memos and communications of all natures to every single member of your team, company, site, or business. This feature offers a quick way to notify everyone of changes, gauge how a process is working, or even dish out disciplinary warnings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CCM?

The only thing I would say I dislike would be the way communications are opened - another window pops up that can be easily lost if you are opening multiple comms or have many systems running. Perhaps a functionality closer to that of Gmail (where the comm opened in the same window, just to one side) would be best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CCM?

The best part about CCM is that they take over many of the IT portions of running a business. We are able to ensure that we receive great IT service Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CCM?

Their customer support has a slow turnaround time. It seems as if they are either very busy, or only have a few agents working Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
