CCM ( Customer Communication Management) provides all the information and supports customer needs. The CCM interact and collects customer information through various channels like email, phone and social media to communicate with customers to enhance user experience and build long-term relationships. My favorite part of CCM is the ability to send out memos and communications of all natures to every single member of your team, company, site, or business. The only thing I would say I dislike would be the way communications are opened - another window pops up that can be easily lost if you are opening multiple comms or have many systems running.
