What do you like best about CCM?

1. Very user friendly to use.

2. Can handle variety of communication channels

3. Has good customer and peer support

4. Implementaion is easy and can be integrated to multiple tools and technologies.

5. Cloud based functionality is available.

What do you dislike about CCM?

1. First time setup requires some time but after that it is easy to use.

2. Pricing is on higher side.

3. Offline possibility of work is limited.

This tool is user friendly and easy to use which facilitates the creation, managing of complex documents a piece of cake. It allows to easily manage and handle customer communication. It allows to make tailor made solutions as per customers requirement. It can handle various types of data and generate various outputs. What do you like best about CCM?

My favorite part of CCM is the ability to send out memos and communications of all natures to every single member of your team, company, site, or business. This feature offers a quick way to notify everyone of changes, gauge how a process is working, or even dish out disciplinary warnings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CCM?

The only thing I would say I dislike would be the way communications are opened - another window pops up that can be easily lost if you are opening multiple comms or have many systems running. Perhaps a functionality closer to that of Gmail (where the comm opened in the same window, just to one side) would be best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CCM solving and how is that benefiting you?

CCM, when I used it, was mostly used for communications, warnings, call trackers, and grading. It's very beneficial if you are having to send out these things to a lot of people at once, but is also great to use just to send to an individual. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best part about CCM is that they take over many of the IT portions of running a business. We are able to ensure that we receive great IT service Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CCM?

Their customer support has a slow turnaround time. It seems as if they are either very busy, or only have a few agents working Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
