What do you like best about CCH iFirm?

I like how it's simple to find contacts easily if you know their name. I also like how there is a summary of account transactions and so on, so we can review information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CCH iFirm?

I dislike how there aren't more options to search contacts, such as searching by email address. There are times where I would only have an email address and can't figure out who is related to it. I would have to search manually or by guessing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CCH iFirm solving and how is that benefiting you?

With the way that I use CCH iFirm, is mostly for accounts payables/receivables. Using the Account Payable summary helps track which clients owe us money or have already paid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CCH iFirm?

I would recommend playing around with software first and figuring out where everything is to ensure it's easy to use in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CCH iFirm solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is much easier to track your hours worked and how many hours are related to client work and how much is related to admin work. This can be very useful especially if you have a billable hour minimum requirement to hit for the month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best feature we liked about it is that it is cloud-based. This helps us access to it anywhere, anytime. it has got an easy navigation and intuitive interface. It has got real-time KPI dashboard helping us manage our firm. the contact management feature available helped us manage all our contacts in a better way.
