What do you like best about Cauliflower?

Super easy to upload files, order their structure and have them analyzed within a few minutes. The dashboard is easy and intuitive to use and gives great insights about the sentiment behind the words. Also, you have full transparency on how the words are rated. What do you like best about Cauliflower?

As someone who has worked in qualitative market research and did a lot of coding by hand I know how lengthy and error prone this process is. I therefore really like the ability of the tool to automatically identify topics and related associations and sentiments.

You still have the option to adapt the coding according to your needs but the tool does the main part of the job with high reliability.

Also, the guys from Cauliflower are just great to work with, because they are always super friendly, super responsive and very solution-oriented and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It takes some time to get used to working with the codeplan, but they gus from Cauliflower have worked a lot on making it even more user friendly and always offer support when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes there is a lack of uniqueness in the result cluster because certain terms are grouped several times. I would like to be able to cluster terms only once if the software offers this option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cauliflower competently and reliably solves the challenge of complexity in communication.

In the context of customer management, Cauliflower makes it possible for the first time to extract the most important and relevant keywords from over 50K e-mail customer communications.
