The ease of implementation across our multiple investments as well as their ease of use for our investors is a 10 out of 10! I never have to worry about having a question because in addition to their customer support being top notch, their explanations are always very thorough and they are always available. Company representatives like Abigail, Michelle and Chloe are great and Perry himself has event gotten on a call with me to better understand my perspective and my experience. We had a rather complicated deal from the backend perspective when transferring over our 350 investors from one portal to this one. Their support team was SO responsive, always willing to hop on calls and actually made very easy and quick walkthrough videos for me whenever I had a question on something on the backend. They are very helpful with every single one of our investors who need assistance and that is most important as it is all about the ease of the platform for our LPs. This is one of the best portal software services we have used. It is extremely intutive and loaded with features. Co-Sponsor setup is probably the best feature and why we switched to CFP, but overall have been very happy with the product and even happier with the white glove support the team provides. Cash Flow Portal is an outstanding, all-in-one platform for real estate investment management. It covers every aspect of the investment lifecycle, including setting up projects, raising capital, communicating with investors, and managing cash flow distributions. The tech/product is intuitive and the UX/UI for GP and LP are modern and reliable.

Implementation support is great. I was mostly worried about the workload and risk of changing from my other software but the implementation team helped me with both the data/information transfer AND enabling me with best practices like communications and project management on transitioning my investors over. My investors are impressed with the useability of cash flow portal software compared to others.

The customer support is world class, they don't just open and close tickets they lead you to an outcome or end result.

It's difficult to use the email edit/send function on a mobile browser app. The edit and publishing functions don't display as cleanly in the mobile web browser. I would welcome a mobile app at some point but it's not a deal breaker. I do 99% of this workwork from my laptop device so this is only an 'issue' 1% of the time. As a GP and an LP I really appreciate the outstanding customer support. Perry, Chloe, Abigail, Stephanie, Adrian, Michelle, and Saif are always on standby and respond promptly to questions. I could not have been able to onboard without their support. The team has been great to help with implementation and new use onboarding making themselves available via video calls or email. The customer service is incredible. I believe some software products sell you on the dream, get you in the system and then really fall off. That is what happened with syndication pro. But, with Cash Flow Portal, they have been answering every question we have about our switch over, have been super proactive as soon as we have a question, or concern, OR even better when we have a suggestion of a feature that would help our business function better. This is how a company should be ran, where you as the customer feel like an true asset instead of being a cog in the wheel. Couldnt suggest them more. Their customer support is truly unmatched. I feel like I have an entire software team building a custom portal and CRM for me. I'm not joking or exaggerating. I'm not sure how they are so responsive, or why they care to not only hear my requests out, but then implement them into their software. But I'm really glad they do, and it makes my life as a small fund manager much easier. The ROI for this platform is extremely high. Cashflow portal accomplishes everything I was looking for when I switched from a competitor because their price doubled. Onboarding went very smoothly and my account manager Chloe was incredibly responsive and helpful.

You can tell the quality of the onboarding and transition team by the number of issues your investors have with the changeover.
