Initially, there were some challenges with certain features and functionality, as the platform required adjustments to better fit our firm's needs. While the platform has improved, there are still areas where efficiency and customization could be enhanced. The onboarding team of Yardayna Ben-Simon and Yoav Toledano have been excellent throughout the process. They are very responsive and willing to take the time to walk through even the most basic of questions. The design of the product is extremely fluid and has an easy feel as you navigate between pages. The team has continually reached out about ways to improve the product, and we are hopeful that our feedback will be incorporated. We primarily use Agora for its distribution functionality, which allows us to initiate a distribution from inside the system and they coordinate with our bank behind the scenes, a feature we have not seen elsewhere. There are various places throughout the system that feel redundant and could be streamlined. The feel and transition between each page is very smooth, but it can feel like you are having to click to confirm, then re-confirm, and then confirm again, at various points in the system. That is not to say that the extra confirmations are not a helpful safeguard, but there are points that could definitely be streamlined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The simplicity and performance of the software are second to none. Very easy to use as the adminstrator and our investors love it. The ability ot customize the platform has proven to be a differentiating factor. We had many questions along the way and the customer support has been beyond helpful. Our team uses Agora daily. The historical integreation has was a heavy lift for us. Agora was very helpful throughout the process, but it did take longer than expected to upload the data to the platform. However, that is largely on us as the client and not Agora. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The onboarding process was extremely smooth and thoughtful. The customer success team assigned to us is incredibly responsive and helpful. I learned the system in a couple days (easy to implement) and we are actively raising funds through the system.

The tool is dynamic and has plenty of functionality for our needs. The team has been flexible enough to add us to some of the beta features on the horizon. As we find things that we would change/want, they are usually already in the works. Agora is specifically focused on the real estate industry so they understood our specific needs. It is easy to use and navigate. The team has been great to work with and is very responsive. Learning a new CRM can often be intimidating. I've been impressed with Agora's features, but what I've been the most impressed with is Agora's ability to help me understand everything that Agora has to offer and how to execute on these features. I've really only found one thing that I wish I could do and that's the ability to put a specific month in for the time period on investor statments instead of the quarter since we do monthly distributions.
