What do you like best about CaseTrac?

Customer service is outstanding, I get calls regularly from Ethix360 checking on satisfaction. Cost is better than our previous reporting software Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CaseTrac?

I have no complaints about the product. I am 100 percent satisfied with CaseTrac. We have very few ethics complaints and do not require a complex program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering CaseTrac:

We are a small business and CaseTrac has everything we need to meet our anonymous reporting objectives. I am 100% satisfied with the level of service and professionalism of the folks at ethix360 and I am glad we made the change to their software from our former ethics reporting software, It is a much greater value. Training and Documentation for the product is very scanty. This doesn't help users who are trying out the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
