I would like to see the syncing with ESRI improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Administrators can easily create and customize assets, end users can easily log their time, obtain detailed information and attach inspection/asset pictures. The ability to utilize automation is another favorite of ours. Continuous improvement on the mobile app. and their customer service and support staff are always top-notch. Reporting functionality in Cartegraph. Advanced reports are not as easy to use as other reporting software such as Crystal Reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So far I have not come across anything that I dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The tech support is definitely the best feature. Their support team is small (less than 10 people), but it is very capable. They can respond instantly via phone, but it usually takes a few days for them to return an email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The development is very stagnant. New, useful features are rare. They very rarely incorporate highly suggested features in a timely manner. Their update cycle is about every 6 months. The system feels clunky and needs an overhaul even though it is only a few years old. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The flexibility and ability to customize the software on your own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be nice to have more industry advice built into the system on typical asset condition curves and suggestions on how to extend the life of assets through optimally timed maintenance efforts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes the automations can be tedious to set up in order to function properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very easy to create fields, sort assets, view labor and equipment use. We are able to use the software for many other purposes such as inspections for environmental concerns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
With Cartegraph there is a quite a few nuances to getting it to work perfectly. Often it will take quite some time to apply filters correctly after years of data compilation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We really liked the flexibility and usability of Cartegraph. The configuration tools gave the Cartegraph administrators in our organization the flexibility we needed to address a lot of different unique needs. We also were able to create very simple work processes to support different end user populations with varying degrees of technical competence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The pricing methodology can be confusing for customers and Cartegraph seems to have a strategy of segmenting out features into additional offerings. While that may make sense for smaller organizations that don't need everything, for larger municipal customers it seems to me there should be an easy to understand enterprise license that includes the full scope of Cartegraph functionality.
