Simple, intuitive interface that our company uses daily. Easy to navigate. All-in-one system with no separate payments for "add-ons". Although primary interface is simple and easy to use, it hasn't been updated in years and probably could use a "face-lift". CareSmartz360 is versatile tool with many features that are customizable. It was easy to implement, begin using and sharing with caregivers, and has excellent customer service when I need assistance day or night. CareSmartz360 doesn't fully integrate with my payroll system (Viventium - also home care specific). Because they are constantly adding features, I sometimes find it difficult to keep up. After using Caresmartz for 6 months, the stand out feature is their customer support, and user guide library.
Their live chat agents are friendly and fast. If they don't know something, they will find an answer and get back to you within their deadlines.
More importantly, their user guide library is absolutely massive. It's well written and kept up to date so any time I have a question about a feature or process I can actually find usable information to walk me through it.
