What do you like best about CareSmartz360?

Simple, intuitive interface that our company uses daily. Easy to navigate. All-in-one system with no separate payments for "add-ons". What do you dislike about CareSmartz360?

Although primary interface is simple and easy to use, it hasn't been updated in years and probably could use a "face-lift". What do you like best about CareSmartz360?

CareSmartz360 is versatile tool with many features that are customizable. It was easy to implement, begin using and sharing with caregivers, and has excellent customer service when I need assistance day or night. What do you dislike about CareSmartz360?

CareSmartz360 doesn't fully integrate with my payroll system (Viventium - also home care specific). Because they are constantly adding features, I sometimes find it difficult to keep up. Some features are hard to find and look for in the help section or in the settings. The agency app is also missing a lot of functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are a few features on the desktop version that I would like to see on the mobile admin version. I would laso love the option to have employee training modules for my staff in the cargiver version of the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If this is compliant with your state and you like access to lots of support, multiple resources for ongoing learning and to feel supported I highly recommend it.
