Career Builder's classic mode makes it incredibly easy to pull up a specific search and narrow in on candidates. The easy "flip view" tab on each profile allows me to scan the page quickly and easily. Career Builder has allowed me to create quick and simple searches to find even the most niche skill set. The newer version isn't as easy to navigate as classic mode is. The newer version has you actually click in to the profile without staying on the results page, which makes the process longer. There are so many different categories to search in and you can also post jobs on there, which is a super easy way to get candidates applying. You can keep your searches broad or very narrow and I love that about it. I also like that you are able to specify how long ago a candidate updated their resume. I like that I can put in many different keywords and locations and it will filter out the best fit for my search. I also like how we can customize the search functions. There are a lot of duplicate profiles. A lot of the time they show you a person who has a related skill to what you are looking for but it is not even in the realm of what you need.
