Terrible customer service. Ordered on the app, the driver took a picture of the package in front of the hotel, then took the package and left with my food (free dinner for him I guess!). All of this was captured on hotel's CCTV. Careem has been making me jump through hoops to get my $60 back. First they asked me to give them the video, then they asked a bunch of questions, finally they said it has been escalated for refund. 3 weeks later, Careem is completely ignoring my emails. The most significant thing which I am a fan of is the availability of its services in almost every city of Pakistan may, and it is critical metropolitan cities like Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, or even small towns like Larkana Muzaffarabad or Thatta. The pricing strategy of careem is also budget-friendly and the option to share ride with your friends commuting on the same route at the same time make it a desirable option for people like university students. In my relation career for the last five years, there is nothing much to abhor about the services provided by the careem. Still, the thing they can work on is the availability of cars in late hours. The best thing about careem is you get a variety of ride options to chose from, which you can do select as per your budget and comfort. The best thing I like about Careem is its availability in all the areas of Karachi and as well as in other parts of Pakistan like in P, fast service and well-equipped vehicles especially in covid days.

the do take care of SOP for covid which are provided by the governement.

usually in the late mid night these is no vehicle to entertain you, mostly i have seen that drivers dont know how to use google map so you have to guide them on call. many times you also booking the ride from unknown place and you cant either guide them which cost time.

They thing which is missing in careem is that the mis matching of careem partners like if we are old customers of careem so they also recommend those partners who have high rating rather than sending those partners who don't have so much knowledge about routes.
