What do you like best about Capture for Jira?

This software allows you to summarize and report issues to IT for review and resolution. It's easy to cut and paste the issue / problem from the webpage in which the error occured. It can be shared within your department or company wide. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Capture for Jira?

The best thing I like about Capture is that it is easy to create and the many reporting features to extract data. It also paints a very clear and simple picture when creating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes the easability is hard. Because there are quite a few features, it will take some time to get used to and master the software, but once you are familiar, it is pretty powerful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Capture for Jira?

Jira is an excellent tool for logging bugs and for project management. It has options to create a dashboard where we can create graphs and have pictorial representations of project progress. Scrum board we can use for daily scrums and for project tracking. Efficiently we can also frame JQL to filter data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Capture for Jira?

I liked to use Capture as a testing software because it provided a very clear and concise way to provide my feedback to the UX team I was doing the testing for. I am not in the UX department, so this was my first time doing a user group testing for my company or anything similar to this. Capture by Jira made it easy for my first time, and I use other Jira products daily, so it was interesting to see this one in comparison to the other Jira products. I liked how they had color coded things to put for input on each testing step, and how it clearly stated the status of each process. The instructions were then easy to follow, and it was clear when looking at my page where things went wrong in the testing and what the accomplishments were in the testing. What do you dislike about Capture for Jira?

I am not in the UX department, but we were offered a chance to test a new software and provide any input on any feedback or errors we ran into. Jira was used to provide instruction on what to do, and gave a chance to provide screenshots or input for each step. It was colored coded and very easy to use. We are evaluating this tool and so far we have liked the usage of this and it seems to be highly helpful and recommended. Since we are already using a bunch of Attlasian and Zephyr products it will be easily integrated with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Capture for Jira solving and how is that benefiting you?

1) Easily capture screenshots while we are testing

2)Add text/highlight the screenshot to point to exact fail, helping developers understand the issue exactly

3) creating a recording session by inviting others to it helps in collaborating within QA team/cross teams.

4) we don't have to switch between different tool like snagit to take the screenshots while we are testing, saving time and additional memory usage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The time it takes to get work done in a timely manner. Many things I need done happen on the fly and aren't big project oriented. Spending the time switching to the app and getting a new ticket made takes a lot of time and this solves that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
