I feel like they do not answer enough specific questions about each specific software. All software is different, each service should have custom questions pertaining to the actual functionality of the software itself. This is top social media management tool I came across. What i like most about this tool is pricing model. The team tailored in such a way that it does not put a burden on you. Their utterly poor customer service, their deceitful nature in which they trick you into writing reviews promising gift cards, their way of handling complaints. I dislike everything about this site.

Deceitfully got me into writing reviews and sends me an email saying I am a top reviewer and that my reviews are being read by everyone, however when I inquire about the gift card they say my reviews are flagged, after initially sending me that my reviews are being read by everyone. The ability to evaluate different software by category pretty easily. From an advertiser's perspective, most of the leads are lower funnel, ready-to-buy audience. It's also pretty straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
