What do you like best about Capsule CRM?

We've been using Capsule for about 10 years now and it is so easy to implement and create your own system. It's not only a CRM, it's a work horse taking away so many day to day admin tasks through it's integration with other softwares that we use.

We use Capsule every day in our business and if we ever need to contact Customer Support they are very responsive and always helpful. They take on new ideas from us and always try to find a way to help us use the software in ways they hadn't thought of.

What do you dislike about Capsule CRM?

There isn't anything I don't like about Capsule. I would love it if we could duplicate projects automatically, that would make our lives so much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Capsule CRM?

After experimenting with several different trials of other CRMs, I find Capsule to have great user interface and is easy to use. I like that it is more customizable and it integrates with helpful apps. I like that I can add people and opportunities directly from my gmail inbox. Capsule is great for organization without being overwhelming. It was super easy to set up and now I find we use it daily. The customer support is friendly and fast. It is great for my small agency. What do you dislike about Capsule CRM?

I wish there were a way to change task views to see in a list with dates/day of the week divisions. Also, if it could directly integrate with google contacts for 2-way sharing that would be helpful (right now it is one-way). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Capsule CRM?

Capsule CRM is highly effective, but I feel the reporting options could be more customizable to allow for deeper insights. Additionally, while the interface is user-friendly, adding a bit more sophistication to the design would make it more engaging and visually appealing. What do you like best about Capsule CRM?

We use Capsule for a number of different applications making use of the Sales Pipeline and Project Boards. We have a seemless automation process setup that was eay to create on Capsule and ensures that all teams work cohesively and nothing is missed.

QuickBooks Integration is a great plus also to see invoices associated with customer Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Capsule CRM?

The only small change I would make would be the population of Person and company fields can be quite repeptative however I understand the reasoning behind the Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Capsule CRM?

As a sole trader, Capsule CRM has been invaluable in helping me manage client information and streamline project workflows. It's kept me organised and on top of every detail, ensuring I never miss a deadline. The interface is intuitive, and it’s easy to access the information I need without being overwhelmed. The customer service team is fantastic—always warm, friendly, and ready to help with any questions. Capsule has truly simplified my business processes and taken a lot of the stress out of managing client relationships. Highly recommend!

What do you like best about Capsule CRM?

I am treasurer of a small charity and need to keep track of all the people who support us in our efforts to keep our village library open. Capsule could have been written just for us ! I can hold all the information I need, supporters names, email addresses, other contact details, and notes relating to their specific needs/requests. I can create various lists of names to contact for any given set of criteria and produce a file of email addresses very quickly and easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Capsule CRM?

I have yet to find a downside. In 3 years of use I have only had to contact customer support once and got an immediate response which answered my query with minimal delay. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Capsule CRM?

It's so easy to use, we absolutely love it. It took a few minutes to set-up, I use it daily and like the project / pipeline features. I'd highly recommend the product for start-ups or scaling businesses. The possible level of customisation, search functionality, reminders etc - all very straightforward. Don't have to be a CRM-pro to use it. Team have not wanted to use CRM systems before but successful pilot with Capsule convinced them it's a good thing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Capsule CRM?

Easy to use. For project related businesses it's ideal for managing pipeline and customising probability of your own stages, regarding success (completion). Oh and there is always a human being giving you immediate support rather than a chat-bot. Mobile app also helps when out and about Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
