What do you like best about Capsule CRM?

I love the fact that we can log leads for our sales team, track the lead and when won (or lost) we can simply update it.

From a sales administrator point of view this helps me to track leads, check progress rather than another excel document , post it notes or any other manual method. We use it daily and our managers are using it for reporting purposes.

It was easy to use and set up as created by our managers.

I cannot comment regarding customer support with the exception of one time passcodes, logging in or resetting passwords is automated Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Capsule CRM?

My most disliked feature is when editing something in the pipeline you receive different information depending where you click. The "edit" button depends on what you clicked previously i.e if you click the proposals company name or product. The outcome is slightly different Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Capsule CRM?

I really like how simple and easy Capsule CRM is to use. The clean interface doesn't feel overwhelming, making it easy to find everything, which saves time in day-to-day work. I appreciate how straightforward it is to manage contacts and track deals. The pipeline view is really helpful for quickly seeing which deals need attention and what stage they're in, making tracking progress much simpler and avoiding missed follow-ups. What do you dislike about Capsule CRM?

What do you like best about Capsule CRM?

I like Capsule CRM for its genuine simplicity and usability, perfectly tailored for our small B2B team. The initial setup was incredibly fast and straightforward—by far the easiest CRM experience for us. It only took a day for our team to use it properly with no need for endless training or confusing workflows. The clean and intuitive interface stands out; I can effortlessly find contacts, update deals, add notes, and check follow-ups without having to hunt through menus. The straightforward layout allows me to access a contact or a company in just two clicks, saving valuable time that I can spend talking to prospects and clients. I also appreciate how I can quickly update deals by simply dragging and dropping opportunities through the pipeline, making it easy to keep our CRM up to date even when we're always on the go. What do you dislike about Capsule CRM?

What do you like best about Capsule CRM?

I like how easy it is to find previous liaisons with the schools and the AI feature explaining it on the school page. I also found the initial setup of Capsule CRM to be very easy, which is a huge plus for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Capsule CRM?

We’re genuinely really glad to have found Capsule for our CRM needs after spending a long time searching for the right solution. We tested several systems, but many were either too basic or far too complicated. Capsule struck the perfect balance between being powerful and easy to use.

The clean, intuitive interface was a big deciding factor for us. It’s simple to pick up and a pleasure to use day to day. The global word search in particular is brilliant — it feels like an extension of our own computer and allows us to instantly find contacts, emails, notes and history without any hassle.

It’s been very fast and reliable, with none of the lag or downtime frustrations we’ve experienced with other CRMs. It’s also easy to get new team members up and running, with a short and straightforward learning curve.

Managing our client database and relationships is now far more organised and efficient, and the pipeline and forecasting tools give us great visibility when planning ahead. The reports, goal setting, task management and reminders have made a noticeable difference to how we stay on top of things.

We also really appreciate how flexible the custom fields and tags are, which lets us tailor Capsule to how we actually work. The email and calendar integrations fit neatly into our daily workflow and save a lot of admin time.

On top of all that, Capsule offers excellent value for money, especially when compared with bigger enterprise CRMs. We’ve also had a great experience with customer support — always responsive and helpful. Overall, it feels spot on for a growing business: powerful enough to scale with us, without ever feeling overwhelming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Capsule CRM is very easy to use and great for beginners.

It helps small businesses stay organised and focused.

I use Capsule CRM to keep records of all my tutoring students, and it works very well. Along with their contact details, I can create a note for every lesson and easily attach a PDF or JPEG file, which is extremely useful in the tutoring business. All students are neatly organised and can be found quickly whenever needed. Adding new students is simple, and removing those who no longer need the service is just as easy. What do you dislike about Capsule CRM?

Simple functionality, yet has everything we need to share contacts

Reminders, tasks, contacts, opportunities.

I appreciate how Capsule CRM has significantly improved our efficiency by centralizing all our client information and sales data, making it much easier to navigate than our previous Excel spreadsheets. The reporting functions are especially valuable as they integrate seamlessly with Google Data Studio, enhancing our data analysis capabilities. I love how intuitive and user-friendly the interface is, allowing our sales team to efficiently track opportunities and pipelines. The customization options are a standout, particularly the ability to edit opportunities and add custom fields, which enable us to adapt the CRM to fit our unique business terminology. This feature keeps our processes streamlined and tailored to our specific needs. I also had a great experience with the setup process, which was straightforward thanks to our helpful account manager, Keith. His support through Teams meetings made the transition smooth and easy.
