
I love the fact that we can log leads for our sales team, track the lead and when won (or lost) we can simply update it.
From a sales administrator point of view this helps me to track leads, check progress rather than another excel document , post it notes or any other manual method. We use it daily and our managers are using it for reporting purposes.
It was easy to use and set up as created by our managers.
I cannot comment regarding customer support with the exception of one time passcodes, logging in or resetting passwords is automated Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My most disliked feature is when editing something in the pipeline you receive different information depending where you click. The "edit" button depends on what you clicked previously i.e if you click the proposals company name or product. The outcome is slightly different Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
