What do you like best about Capita Workforce Management?

Having used Capita Workforce Management for some time now, I can say it works well as a workforce management tool. All the features are in place, and the Interface is amazing. What do you like best about Capita Workforce Management?

Nothing!! It is a waste of time and money style of company Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Capita Workforce Management?

A payroll company where the staff don’t even know the difference between p60 and p45!!!

They have been promising me p45 for almost two months now as I badly need the document but this group of incompetent people have sent a “temporary statement” for P60 after one and half months!!!!!!

They have no clue about their jobs and waiting for their answers and actions is like waiting for a unicorn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
