What do you like best about Capchase?

- Increases upfront cash flow from deals

- Less time spent managing and following up on receiveables

- Allows for Credit / ACH in multiple currencies

- Support team anwser our requests in a timely matter

- The Capchase team's willingness to make updates and adaptation to the product based on our needs

- Intergrates into Saleforce Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Capchase?

- Portal can be difficult to navigate (althought recent updates are gradually improving this)

- Cannot download reports from all deals tab

- Reports generated from finance tab do not download to excel in the proper format

- Finance tab search feature is limited and does not always work

- Columns on finance and all deals tab cannot be sorted

- Wires on bank statement do not show which customer they relate too. They just say "Capchase" Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Capchase?

Capchase has allowed us to offer up to 12 monthly installments to our clients who cannot afford our products upfront. The product is very easy to use and the sales reps love having it as a tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Capchase?

Not much - the team has been very responsive and always there to support our reps in reviewing and approving buyers to ensure we can close deals in time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Capchase?

The Capchase team is highly customer-centric. They reach out to me regularly for product feedback and iterate quickly to make improvements and launch new products. We currently use Grow to access non-dilutive capital and Pay to collect 1 year of revenue upfront from multiple customers while giving them monthly billing flexibility. What do you dislike about Capchase?

Some products are not relevant to our needs. In addition, like any fintech, they do a recurring credit review which takes time but they've done a good job streamlining it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Capchase?

Super easy to use but most importantly, it allows our clients to pay in more flexible payment terms. This allows for larger deals to be closed more easily. More important, it allows our company to get that cash up-front which is always better for business Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Capchase?

Not much downside to be honest. Very straight forward to use. Sometimes a lead is not qualified for Capchase so we can't use it but that's understandable. Majority of the time we don't have issues with qualification Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Capchase?

I appreciate the ease in qualifying a customer within our SalesForce CRM. The ease of setting up monthly payment schedules and sending an easy link to my customers. Their team is quick to respond over Slack! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Capchase?

At times, the qualification can take longer or the updates are not in real time. Other times the payment schedule is not accurate. These are minor in comparision to CapChase as a whole. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Capchase?

Capchase Pay is super easy for our sales team and our clients to use. The UI is far better than competitor's and the customer service is top notch. What do you like best about Capchase?

Monthly ACH payments is a great balance between a reliable way for us to collect money for a client, and a good way for them to swallow the cost. Customer service are responsive too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Capchase?

The process of collecting incorporation info and addresses from clients is a huge bottleneck, with denials because something as simple as a 'Suite' is written as 'St.' for example. Also had instance of a client being able to view and invoice but not able to verify company details or click to make the payment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Capchase?

Capchase provides our SMB customers with access to financing options that would otherwise deter their ability to purchase our software. Capchase's integrations with Hubspot make it easy for our salespeople to qualify and create payment options without having to use a separate platform. Finally, Capchase's customer support and account communications are extremely reactive and they have demonstrated their ability to provide flexibility to our business. What do you dislike about Capchase?

Capchase's software platform is still early, so there are features not fully built out to support our business requirements -- including the integration of sales tax, addition of custom line items (ie services), and a few more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Capchase?

I would love to have a portal to view checkpoints as to where the client is in the process, although they did provide a sample link that we can navigate through for reference being able to see where the client is would be good Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
