In general, it's very user-friendly for both instructors and students. I have used it as both. I like how the assignments build the calendar for you and you don't have to include them in your syllabus. It's also gives assignment reminders to the student and grading reminders to the instructor which I find very helpful. You can also move assignments around on the calendar and it adjusts the due dates for you!

They have published a terrific user guide online that answers almost any question you might have and so I have never had to use customer support. I also like how many external applications are compatible, like Zoom, Edpuzzle, and Yellowdig. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like most about Canvas LMS is its interface, since during my studies, I used it and was delighted, I could check my grades and talk to my teachers without any problems, I also value the ability of Canvas LMS to efficiently organize and manage my academic calendar, reminding me of important dates and deadlines. What I didn't like about Canvas LSM is that sometimes it had glitches and the software would crash, and the assignments I sent wouldn't appear. Canvas is a robust LMS that our students in Grades 6 through 12 use on a daily basis. The ability for Canvas to pass grades back to our Student Information System and use LTI plug-in to connect to other products, such as EdPuzzle and our curriculum online textbooks makes it an invaluable tool for our educators.
