The best thing about callpage is that it can be used for: 1. Marketing purposes - improving website conversion rate. 2 For sales - generating inbound sales calls that result in sales. 3 And for customer service - people can easily connect with our service agents, report technical issues, ask for advice or other kinds of help. Night mode feature is awesome. Customers visit our international website (it’s in English) at different times of the day and night. For now we are not able to provide 24/7 support or salespeople availability and Callpage is our main channel of generating leads from abroad. Even if we are out of office website visitors see the popup and can order a callback later or send us a message. It works way better than a traditional contact form, because Callpage’s way of work is based on proactivity - when the system detects that a website visitor is ready to convert, it prompts a popup with a dedicated message. Callpage really changed the way I think about phone calls. A few years ago I read about the “death of phone calls”. Actually it’s the contrary for our company and callpage helped with that. Callpage Widget is customizable so we are able to adjust the messaging and CTA and people know what they are signing for.

Definitely the fact that we can customize the tool in many ways. We have multiple sales and customer service departments across the company and we use CallPage differently in each of them. It’s possible to change the widget’s layout, including colors and font size, adjust copy, customize button and call to action, this sort of thing. I like it the most, because we pay for one package (we use Enterprise), but in turn we actually get multiple versions of the same solution. I think CallPage could offer more integrations. Fortunately it integrates with our CRM system, but I can imagine that other customers who don’t use well-known CRMs may struggle because of the lack of possibility to integrate CallPage with their toolset. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
