- Anyone calling me couldn't get through on the first attempt - Every time. If they called a second time within a minute or so, they could get through.
- Their call quality is very poor.
- If I wanted to use hands free for the call, I had to wait for the call to connect, then activate the hands free option.
- Their calling plan cost is higher than most other VOIP providers.
- To add SMS to my plan, their charge was in excess of $20/month.
