What do you like best about Call Center Solution?

Call tracking is easy, we can check the agents busy / break on realtime. Further it is convenient for us to fetch the report of dialled calls , connected calls , inbound calls received & also convenient to find out productivity basis avg connected calls & time. we will get the response from humans and not from a recorded voice from machine, we can quickly get all the answers to which we have issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

waiting time, some time because of the long call traffic, we have to wait and has to listen the unwanted music and advertisement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
