What do you like best about Call Center Solution?

we will get the response from humans and not from a recorded voice from machine, we can quickly get all the answers to which we have issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

waiting time, some time because of the long call traffic, we have to wait and has to listen the unwanted music and advertisement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Call Center Solution solving and how is that benefiting you?

mostly call center is helping with the banking related queries, sometimes we have credit card issues, payment issues, or sometimes we have transfer the amount to the wrong account, that time we need on spot solution, and the call center only help us from anywhere, instead of going to branch. Onther example is like if we have done online shopping and we have issue with product or issue with delivery, that time call center can help us very quickly.
