What do you like best about Calero?

What do you dislike about Calero?

When we started using the tool, we loaded data that should have been normalized and verified. If the data is not clean, you cannot take advantage of the optimization opportunities. This is not a dislike of the tool, but a recommendation to nudge customers to make the effort of starting with clean data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Calero solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Calero?

Calero can provide me with all the telecom, mobility, and software license bills in one system. Now I do not have to log into several portals. Calero helps to reduce the number of hours needed for reconciling invoices each month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calero?

The presentation doesn’t flow very well and it’s hard to tell what story is being told or to look for trends or pursue further examination of specific information. I spend more time twiddling with the interface than exploring the useful information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Calero solving and how is that benefiting you?

Calero saves time involved in the time-consuming manual processing of invoices from a mountain. This saves me several hours each month and allows me to direct my efforts towards high impactful endeavors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calero?

The lack of communication. It would be nice to be able to call and actually speak to my assigned team and not have to email every time. Sometimes picking up the phone creates a better relationship Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Calero?

My Company implemented the Calero MDSL solution to add clarity and simplicity to tracking and paying our telecom invoices. The solution has worked great for us and has given us many tools to analyze our telecom services and identify ways to consolidate or even cancel services. Team Mosman is always responsive to our questions or concerns and provides reasonable solutions. We are very happy with the Calero MDSL tool and the service we receive from the Calero team. What do you like best about Calero?

The tool itself is extraordinary. We were previously using spreadsheets so this is a big leap forward in technology for the company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Calero?

The most helpful thing about Calero is my support team, Pepper Solis, Seth Soffian and Melissa Turner. We message or talk every day. They are very proactive to find and correct issues, follow up on disputes and process invoices as quickly as possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calero?

I struggled with this one because without being petty it's hard to think of a downside. I think the process to update the inventory could be a little easier. My amazing account manager, Pepper Solis, is setting up a training session for me as we speak. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Calero audits my invoices, tracks missing invoices, submits disputes with the vendors if needed. The also participate in billing related vendor calls. They are a full partner and work well with our vendors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Calero?

Our weekly meeting with Maricellie and JC. It only last for 10 minutes but is very productive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calero?

Our support team has struggled to get up to speed on VDI reconfiguration. We have one issue of getting 2 or 3 Verizon VDI invoices reconfigured that has been ongoing for almost a year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
