**What do you like best about Calero?**

I appreciate Calero for making the payment process streamlined, which I find very efficient and convenient. By setting up a payment process that forwards a credit line to Calero, they manage the payment to our wired services, which simplifies my financial management and reduces the administrative burden on my team. I also value the support aspect where there's a dedicated team available for advice, ensuring that I can make informed decisions and solve issues efficiently. Additionally, I find Calero's setup to be easy and straightforward, which eliminated potential frustrations during implementation. The user-friendliness of the initial setup contributed greatly to a seamless transition from Network Control to Calero. All these factors make Calero a highly recommendable solution, reflected in my rating of 10 out of 10 for recommending it to friends or colleagues.

**What do you dislike about Calero?**

I find the website reporting could be improved. When Calero acquired Network Control, it took a while to get the data moved to the Calero website. This transition was not as smooth as expected.

**What problems is Calero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Calero for telecom expense management, benefiting from streamlined payments and detailed reporting which aids in analysis.

**What do you like best about Calero?**

I like the flexibility that I have to do things i was not able to do myself in tangoe, things that before required a tangoe administrator instead of a company administrator.
I like to be able to change invoice coding myself.

**What do you dislike about Calero?**

Sometimes changes requested are slow.
their operations team dealing with telco vendors are sometime lacking knowledge, but overall they are good.

**What problems is Calero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calero is handling our worldwide orders for mobile phones and general telecom circuits.
It makes our job easier to have them helping with ordering, invoice processing, etc.

**What do you like best about Calero?**

Calero can provide me with all the telecom, mobility, and software license bills in one system. Now I do not have to log into several portals. Calero helps to reduce the number of hours needed for reconciling invoices each month.

**What do you dislike about Calero?**

The presentation doesn’t flow very well and it’s hard to tell what story is being told or to look for trends or pursue further examination of specific information. I spend more time twiddling with the interface than exploring the useful information.

**What problems is Calero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calero saves time involved in the time-consuming manual processing of invoices from a mountain. This saves me several hours each month and allows me to direct my efforts towards high impactful endeavors.

**What do you like best about Calero?**

Since Jade has been assigned to my account, it has been a significant improvement. She is the reason why we have not jumped ship.

**What do you dislike about Calero?**

The lack of communication. It would be nice to be able to call and actually speak to my assigned team and not have to email every time. Sometimes picking up the phone creates a better relationship

**What problems is Calero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calero is managing VOYA invoices from multiple vendors it benefits us as it allows our procurement department to place its focus on other avenues of accounts payable.

**What do you like best about Calero?**

My Company implemented the Calero MDSL solution to add clarity and simplicity to tracking and paying our telecom invoices. The solution has worked great for us and has given us many tools to analyze our telecom services and identify ways to consolidate or even cancel services. Team Mosman is always responsive to our questions or concerns and provides reasonable solutions. We are very happy with the Calero MDSL tool and the service we receive from the Calero team.

**What do you dislike about Calero?**

We had a few bumps during implementation, but they were resolved quickly.

**What problems is Calero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calero MDSL is managing our telecom invoices. The tool has allowed us to organize our many telecom accounts and gives us the reports and analytics to better manage the services.

The software is very user friendly and the people are always ready to help me.

**What do you dislike about Calero?**

The one main issue I have with Calero is the amount of work load that is put on their employees to where they are unable to give us the attention we need.

Inventory and expense management. I am able to pull data anytime I need.

**What do you like best about Calero?**

The tool itself is extraordinary.  We were previously using spreadsheets so this is a big leap forward in technology for the company.

**What do you dislike about Calero?**

The launch project was not as thorough as expected.  I believe they turned the project over to Operations prematurely.

**What problems is Calero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Have a centralized database and an automated invoicing process for carrier billing has been amazing.

**What do you like best about Calero?**

Reporting, ability to manage internal accounting/chargebacks, cost optimization services (dispute management, optimization recommendations), the ability to customize.

**What do you dislike about Calero?**

When we started using the tool, we loaded data that should have been normalized and verified.  If the data is not clean, you cannot take advantage of the optimization opportunities.  This is not a dislike of the tool, but a recommendation to nudge customers to make the effort of starting with clean data.

**What problems is Calero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Invoice payment and ability to manage internal accounting/chargebacks, system of record for all wireless and wired line telecom assets, telecom asset reporting.

**What do you like best about Calero?**

The most helpful thing about Calero is my support team, Pepper Solis, Seth Soffian and Melissa Turner.  We message or talk every day.  They are very proactive to find and correct issues, follow up on disputes and process invoices as quickly as possible.

**What do you dislike about Calero?**

I struggled with this one because without being petty it's hard to think of a downside.  I think the process to update the inventory could be a little easier.  My amazing account manager, Pepper Solis, is setting up a training session for me as we speak.

**What problems is Calero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calero audits my invoices, tracks missing invoices, submits disputes with the vendors if needed.  The also participate in billing related vendor calls.  They are a full partner and work well with our vendors.

**What do you like best about Calero?**

Our weekly meeting with Maricellie and JC.  It only last for 10 minutes but is very productive.

**What do you dislike about Calero?**

Our support team has struggled to get up to speed on VDI reconfiguration.  We have one issue of getting 2 or 3 Verizon VDI invoices reconfigured that has been ongoing for almost a year.

**What problems is Calero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping the bills internally allocated and paid.

I like it best when we have an account team that authentically works to understand the resolve our issues and identify solutions.

I dislike when our account team struggles to get support from other departments within Calero-MDSL.

Calero-MDSL is solving our ability to quickly identify the spending trends and identifying vendor errors in billing.
