This tool is very useful in making the schedules and checking the adherance and we can pull the adherance reports and other reports which are accurate and the best part is we can get the extra hours reports in easy manner and the implementions is also very good in making the schedules i frequently use this tool in checking the agents adherance very easily and in customer support this tool can be consider as the best one. major part of this tool is easy of intergration with agnts schedule. Oddly the thing I like best isn't any one feature, it's the responsiveness of the Calabrio team. Their Ideas Portal allows you to add ideas on improvements or features you'd like to see in the future. Calabrio releases new features and upgrades at least twice a year and there's a good chance one of your ideas can be included. They really listen to their customers. Besides that though, the WFM product is great to work with, and with AI being introduced in the web platform, it can lighten the forecaster's load to focus on other things.
Overall a really ease system to use. The implementation was pretty good as far as implementations go. The engineers really listened to what we needed to get out of our telephony feed and created codes that we could understand and manage post implementation. Any issues we've raised through tickets since, have been addressed in a timely manner and they don't leave you hanging.
I use the WFM platform every day as well as the reporting Data Explorer and rarely have issues. A really easy system to learn how to use and the more you use it, the more you learn about your business! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not much to dislike. A few wish list items for sure: to be able to notate each event added, that you could give permissions for the agents to see their own Adherence details in the Adherence module, that you could choose the adherence calculation being used in the MyTime App. But these are just gravy, all in all a great WFM system. I use Calabrio One for WFM and QM. It provides a suite of tools that streamlines scheduling and improves efficiency. Calabrio is the most convenient tool that we can use especially when there something we need to request on our schedule , the best thing about it is we can access calabrio through our phone . We are can file our overtime without asking anyone , compare to our previous company we always need to reach out our RTA to request an OT , slide shift , leaves , ETC . Here in our company Calibro is also part of our scorecard , they are giving us a task that we need to work on and it should match on the schedule they provided however we noticed that our RTA can still change the information or the schedule even though it already past .
