• There are concerning data discrepancies between Business Insights and Calabrio's standard canned reports, which affects our confidence in the analytics

• Shrinkage calculations in Business Insights are inaccurate, making it difficult to rely on for workforce management decisions

What do you like best about Calabrio ONE?

Clear voice and video recordings that helps us quickly identify organizational-wide opportunities, what additional trainings our agents need or what guidance we need to clarify. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calabrio ONE?

Data exployer was difficult to learn, creating dashboards and running our trends report. Its alot of manual entry if your organization uses multiple evaluation forms. The process for modifying your evaluation forms is time cosuming. You cant just make a simple update. Forms has to be deactivated, cloned, renamed, then republished. What do you like best about Calabrio ONE?

So far I have really enjoyed using Insights. It has made reporting easier to build and view and has allwed us to create more reports that previously had restrictions. We have also gotten great support through Preston Garrison with the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calabrio ONE?

A lot of the features are an additional cost, such as the AI suite. For features that are included like auto QM, it is an additional cost to get the question drilldown. In addition, although Insights reporting is great it still lags when loading larger quantities of data. Finally, the auto QM does not have the ability to measure policy driven questions. What do you like best about Calabrio ONE?

Calabrio helps us track our schedules, have access to use Requests (apply for leave). Know when one is off work or is scheduled. Notify us of our upcoming breaks and shifts. This also notifies you of your leave balances. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calabrio ONE?

To be quite honest there is nothing I dislike about Calabrio so far but I would mention the leave balances not matching with the other tool we use. That can improve! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Calabrio ONE?

One thing I like about Calabrio One is that it always reminds me when it's time for my breaks and lunch but sends notifications every day. Calabrio also allows us to apply our leave days quickly and show us our leave balances and I can install it on my photo to check my monthly schedule and apply for leave days while I'm not at work. What do you like best about Calabrio ONE?

Calabrio ONE helps me go back and listen to a call if needed. That is very important when processing payroll. Majority of the time the client will call and blame the payroll specialist for the mistake when actuality it was the client giving the wrong hours.
